Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or enrolled by an organization that has authorized your access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account.

Teachix builds and delivers training programs. Depending on what you or your organization purchased, this may include custom curriculum, video lessons, quizzes, workbooks, an AI tutor, an AI chatbot, certificates, and marketing services.

We will provide the services described in your order or client agreement. We may update features, content, and technology over time to improve the platform.

Client content. Organizations that hire Teachix to build a program own the subject-matter content they provide and the finished course built from it, as set out in the client agreement. You grant us a license to host, process, and deliver that content to run your program.

Teachix content. The platform, its software, its AI systems, its methods, its templates, and any pre-built courses in our catalog belong to Teachix. You may use them only as part of the services you purchased. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from them.

Learner content. Anything you submit inside a course, such as quiz answers and workbook entries, is yours. You give us a license to use it to deliver and improve your learning experience.

Do not:

• Share your login or let others use your account
• Copy, download, or redistribute course content outside the platform without permission
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share
• Try to break, bypass, or overload the platform's security or systems
• Use the AI tutor or chatbot to generate content that violates these terms or the law
• Misrepresent a certificate or completion record

We may suspend or end access for violations.

Parts of the learning experience are delivered by AI, including the tutor, chatbot, and video avatar. AI can make mistakes. Course content is reviewed by people before release, and organizations approve their own curriculum before it goes live. Even so, you should use judgment and confirm anything that matters to a real decision.

Teachix is not a substitute for licensed professional advice in any field.

Certificates issued through Teachix show that a learner completed a program and met the assessment standard set for it. They are not professional licenses or accredited academic credentials unless the issuing organization states otherwise. The issuing organization decides who receives its certificates and what they mean.

Organizations. Fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set in your client agreement. Program fees are not refundable. Because every program is built to your approval, our commitment is to revise the work until it meets the specification you signed off on, as described in your client agreement, rather than to refund it.

Individual learners. Prices are shown at checkout. All course purchases are final and non-refundable. You get immediate access to course content when you buy, so please review the course description before purchasing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Taxes may be added where required.

For clients who purchase marketing services such as AI search visibility, AI advertising, or landing page work, results depend on factors outside our control, including platform rules, market conditions, and your own follow-up. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue.

The platform relies on third-party tools for hosting, video, payments, community spaces, and communication. Their terms apply to your use of those tools. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. It is part of these terms.

The services are provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform accurate, available, and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee that completing a course will result in a job, promotion, or specific outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teachix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow these limits. In that case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

You agree to defend and hold Teachix harmless from claims arising from content you provide, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these terms or the law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Onslow County (Jacksonville), North Carolina, unless your client agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
