Why this work
matters to us

Teachix began with a simple observation. The military community already knows how to learn fast, follow a standard, and perform under pressure. What it is often missing is a clear path from that experience to the skills the market is asking for now.

The Foundation builds that path. Teachix builds learning systems for organizations. The two share a belief: people are more capable than the labels they carry, and good teaching proves it.

Credentialed courses from Google, IBM, and Microsoft, plus the Foundation's own B.R.I.E.F. Framework that translates military experience into language employers understand.

Resume and LinkedIn feedback, hiring-manager sessions, a job board, and a peer community called Squared Away that carries members from first course to first role.
